The Vocal Extractor feature allows you to separate songs in your Music Library into vocal and accompaniment tracks with just a tap of a button on the main screen. This enables you to create Karaoke and a cappella tracks instantly.

The generated vocal and backing tracks can be saved to files and exported to various platforms such as iCloud, Dropbox, and Google Drive. This allows you to use the isolated tracks in other applications or on different platforms.

Unlike traditional apps that use Out of Phase Stereo technology, Vocal Extractor utilizes AI and Deep Learning technologies to separate vocals from songs. This means it can remove vocals even from monaural recordings or non-center-panned vocal recordings that traditional apps struggle with.

You can import music files in formats like mp3, m4a, and wav from sources such as iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive. This means you can import live recording files from other applications and easily remove or extract vocals from those recordings.

The embedded player has a feature that allows you to switch between playing the original track, vocal track, or backing track while listening.

1. After launching the app, you will be taken to the main screen. Tap the Music Library button and choose a music file to load it into the app.
2. Tap the Vocal Extract button located at the center of the main screen. The extraction and removing process will start, and once completed, the Vocal, Backing, and Save buttons will become active.
3. Choose either the Original, Vocal, or Backing track and tap the Play Back button to listen to the selected track from your music.
4. After extraction, you will notice that the Save Vocal and Save Backing buttons are now active. If you tap one of these buttons for the first time, an in-App purchase screen will appear. If you want to save the outputs externally, we recommend testing the quality of vocal separation using the embedded player before considering the purchase. Once purchased, the in-App purchase screen will no longer appear, and you will be able to save files after a save confirmation pop-up is displayed.
5. The saved files will have names in the format "original file name without suffix" + "_vocal.m4a" and "_backing.m4a". It is not possible to rename them in this version. The output files have a 44.1KHz sampling rate and are in m4a or wav format.
6. To export the output files from the app container, tap the Export button. You will see a list of files stored within the app. Choose a file and tap the Export option in the navigation bar. The document providers screen will appear, allowing you to select a location to save the file. If the export is successful, you will see a pop-up notification indicating that the export has started. The actual exporting process will then run in the background.
7. You can also use m4a, mp3, and wav format music files as source data for this app. To load them, make sure they are stored in iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or other document providers configured on your iPhone. Then tap the Import button to import the file into the app's container.
8. After successfully importing a file, tap the File button to access a list of files. Choose the imported file and tap the Load option in the navigation bar. The content of the file will be loaded and ready for extraction or playback.
9. Note that import and export functions are compatible only with document providers that are successfully configured on your device.
